T Mobile Track Rebate

It's my first time taking advantage of one of the costco iphone trade in deals where they give you a digital prepaid card as a rebate. On my reward tracker, at the bottom, it states reward. Every week a rep says the rebate card has been sent as digital rebates are not available, (phone reps say digital has not been working since january. ) clearly the rebate is.
