Report An Xfinity Outage

May 26, 2024 · but i cannot enter a phone number to report my outage or to get a text update for same because i have multiple accounts in multiple cities and cannot use my cell phone for this. Report outage information in your area. My xfinity service is down. How can i be notified when it is back up? Have a problem with your xfinity services?
