Brightspeed Fiber Outage 68

I'm looking at switching over to brightspeed's 1gb fiber plan since it's newly available in my area. I've looked at reviews for brightspeed though, and they seem extremely negative. My plan it to switch to brightspeed fiber when it comes and drop the internet speed package with spectrum and keep spectrum for tv and failover internet in case service is lost for days from.
