Training Future Leaders in the Science of Learning

There is growing recognition that the next generation of scientists must think broadly about how we learn, be able to synthesize knowledge from multiple scientific perspectives, generate innovative, interdisciplinary research, and use these to bridge research, practice, and policy. Our training programs provide young scientists with opportunities to expand their knowledge of the science of learning and its applications to address real world issues.

The Distinguished Science of Learning Fellowship Program

The Distinguished Science of Learning Fellowship Program provides fellows the opportunity to gain experience beyond their current training in (a) conducting interdisciplinary research in the science of learning and (b) learning how to effectively communicate and translate scientific findings to practitioners, policymakers, and the general public. The fellowship program is open to pre-doctoral and post-doctoral applicants within and outside of Johns Hopkins University.  Click here to see our Fellows and their projects.
